Residential Lead Painter
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in residential painting, including leading a team. The Paint Lead will be responsible for managing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a painting crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching
- Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Inspect work for quality control and make necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in residential painting
- Proven experience leading a painting crew
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass drug test
